# Meeting Scheduler
The Meeting Scheduler turns your Calendar Pro into a self-service booking page (similar to a Bookings page). You publish a shareable link, and your contacts pick an available slot themselves. Their booking lands on your calendar automatically, and you collect the contact details you need through a short form.
π Availability: The Meeting Scheduler is a Premium feature. It only appears in the menu when your plan includes it.
Note: You need editing rights on the meeting scheduler to change its settings. If you do not have permission, the page opens in read-only mode and the Save button stays disabled.
# How can I open the Meeting Scheduler?
- Open your Calendar Pro.
- Click the Β·Β·Β· (More options) button in the toolbar at the top of the calendar.
- Select Meeting Scheduler from the menu.
The Meeting Scheduler page opens with four tabs: Details, Availability, Options and Sharing link. Set up each tab, then click Save in the top-right corner. Use the back arrow (top-left) to return to your calendar.
# The Details tab
The Details tab defines how your booking page looks and who hosts the meetings.
- Title (required): The name of your booking page, shown to people who open the link. Maximum 70 characters.
- Company name: An optional company name displayed on the booking page. Maximum 70 characters.
- Event color: Pick the color used for the bookings created on your calendar. Click the colored square to open the color picker and choose a shade.
- Duration: Choose the length of each bookable slot. Available durations range from 15 minutes up to 150 minutes, in 15-minute steps (15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135, 150).
- Hosts: Search and select the people who will host the meetings. You can add several hosts; the selected hosts appear as avatars below the field.
Tip: Each field has an info icon next to its label. Hover over it for a short explanation of what the field does.
# The Availability tab
The Availability tab controls when people can book a slot with you.
- Time zone: Search and select the time zone used to display and calculate the available slots.
- Business days: Define your working days and hours. Only slots that fall within these business days are offered to your contacts.
- Public holidays: Optionally choose a holiday region. Days that are public holidays in that region are excluded from the available slots.
# The Options tab
The Options tab lets you choose which information your contacts must provide when they book. Tick a field to include it on the booking form.
The available form fields are:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Company name
- Job title
- Note
Note: First name, Last name and Email are always collected and cannot be turned off, because they are required to identify the booking. The other fields can be enabled or disabled to keep the form as short as you like.
# The Sharing link tab
The Sharing link tab gives you everything you need to publish your booking page.
- Public link: A shareable URL to your booking page. Click the copy icon next to it to copy the link, then paste it in an email, a message or on your website. Anyone with the link can open the page and book a slot.
- Integration code: A ready-to-use
<iframe>snippet you can embed in a web page so your booking page appears directly inside your site. Click the copy icon to copy the code.
A small Copied confirmation appears each time you copy the link or the code.
# How do I save my changes?
After editing any tab, click Save in the top-right corner. A success message confirms your booking page has been updated. If you leave the page with unsaved changes, you are asked to confirm before discarding them.
