Calendar Pro Limits

Knowing what Calendar Pro can and cannot do helps you plan your setup. These limits keep the app fast and reliable for every team.

Platform

• Microsoft Teams only: Calendar Pro runs inside Microsoft Teams so your team collaborates in one place. It is not offered as a standalone web or desktop app.

Rooms

• On the Free (Basic) plan you can add up to 3 rooms to a calendar.
• To add more than 3 rooms, upgrade to Premium.

Synchronization

• Outlook sync scope: when you sync a calendar with your personal Outlook calendar, only the events of the current month and future events are synchronized. Past events are not copied.
• Sync timing: how quickly a new or updated event appears in a connected calendar depends on that provider's own refresh cycle, which Calendar Pro does not control. A large calendar can take a while to synchronize on first setup.
