# Power Automate connector for Calendar Pro

Calendar Pro exposes an API that you can call from Microsoft Power Automate to create and manage events automatically. Use it to connect Calendar Pro to your other workflows, so bookings and updates happen without manual steps.

The Power Automate connector and API require the Calendar Pro Platinum plan.

# What you can automate

The connector supports the following operations on a calendar:

  • Get an event - retrieve a single event by its identifier.
  • Get all events - list the events on a calendar.
  • Create a new event - add an event to a calendar.
  • Update an event - change the details of an existing event.
  • Delete an event - remove an event from a calendar.

# Set up the connector

    Confirm your Platinum subscription.

    1. The Power Automate connector and API are part of the Calendar Pro Platinum plan.
    2. Buy or upgrade to Platinum through the Admin Center or from inside the app.

    Get a TeamsPro Graph API key.

    1. Open the TeamsPro Graph Portal.
    2. Generate your API key and keep it private, since it grants programmatic access to your calendar data.

    Confirm Calendar Pro is installed in your channel.

    1. The connector works against a Calendar Pro tab that is already added to a Microsoft Teams channel.

    Add the Calendar Pro connector in Power Automate.

    1. In Power Automate, create or edit a flow.
    2. Add the Calendar Pro connector and sign in with your TeamsPro Graph API key.
    3. Choose one of the supported actions, then map its inputs to your flow.
Premium and custom connectors in Power Automate may require an eligible Power Automate plan from Microsoft. Pricing depends on the needs and scale of your organization.

# Is Calendar Pro integrated with Power BI?

Calendar Pro is not integrated with BI but you can use the developer.teams-pro.com which is part of the Calendar Pro Platinum Version.
