# AI desk Pro Get Started Guide
Welcome to AI desk Pro, your Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for creating enterprise custom agents integrated with Microsoft Teams. This guide walks you through installing the app, uploading your knowledge, and asking your first questions so your team can find answers faster. π€
# What is AI desk Pro?
AI desk Pro lets you create customized agents tailored to your organization's needs. You upload documents, track usage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) so your agents stay accurate and useful. You can extend agents with plugins to reach your own IT systems, and give your users the Cockpit tab in Microsoft Teams that combines AI chat, conversation history, pinned resources, news, and ServiceNow tickets.
