# Manage notifications in Calendar Pro

Keep your team in the loop with Teams activity notifications. Calendar Pro can post a notification to every participant when an event is added, updated, or deleted, so nobody misses a change to the shared calendar.

Notifications are set at the calendar level by the tab owner and apply to everyone in the channel. This is available on every plan, including Free.

Enable both toggles to keep everyone informed of changes, or turn one off to reduce alerts your team does not need.

# Common questions

# Can I get notifications only for events I created or I am part of?

No. When notifications are enabled they are sent to all participants. Per-user notification filtering is not available, so notifications are team-wide.

# Where do notifications appear in Teams?

Notifications appear in your Teams activity feed, and optionally as a Teams banner, depending on your Teams notification preferences.

# Can I disable notifications just for myself?

No. Notifications are managed at the calendar level by the tab owner. If notifications are enabled, every participant receives them. You can still adjust how Teams displays them, for example activity feed only or banner plus feed, in your Teams notification settings.

# Will I get notifications for recurring events?

Yes. If notifications are enabled, you are notified when a recurring event is created, updated, or deleted, just like a single event.
