# Gantt Chart Pro plans

Gantt Chart Pro comes in two plans, so you only license the people who need more scale and reporting. The Free plan covers core project planning for small teams, and Premium removes the size limits and unlocks the advanced features. Use the plan comparison below to decide what each teammate needs.

Task colors, milestones, filtering, and exports are part of the Premium plan. Sorting is available to everyone, including the Free plan.

# Who needs a paid license

You license Gantt Chart Pro per user, and only the people who need Premium capabilities require a paid license. Teammates who only need the Free experience can still open the tab and work within the Free limits. For the full explanation, see do all channel users need a license.

# Where to buy and manage licenses

  • Admin Center: sign in with your Microsoft account at admin.teams-pro.com to purchase Premium, add or remove seats, update billing, download invoices, and cancel or reactivate. Access is secure and centralized.
  • Product page: review features by plan on the Gantt Chart Pro pricing page, then continue to the Admin Center to complete your purchase.

# What is the difference between Free and Premium, in one line?

Free covers core planning (up to 5 tasks, dependencies, progress, and notes). Premium removes the size limits and adds task colors, milestones, filtering, and exports to CSV, Excel, and PDF for reporting and stakeholder sharing.

# Do all channel users need Premium?

No. License only the people who need Premium features. Everyone else can use the tab within the Free limits.

# Which export formats are supported?

You can export to CSV, Excel (.xlsx), and PDF. Use CSV or Excel for data analysis, and PDF for a shareable snapshot. See export and reporting.
