• Group: contacts organized by the groups you assign them to.

How to use it: open the display selector in the navigation bar and pick Card, List, or Group. See how to select the display mode.

Fast search and filter 🔍

Find the right person in seconds. Search matches across the full name, job title, company, department, notes, groups, and address of every contact you can access, and you can filter by group to narrow the list.

How to use it: type in the search box, or open the filter to focus on a group. See how to search and filter contacts.

Contact quick actions 💬

Reach a contact directly from their card. Start a chat, send an email, plan a meeting, or place a phone call without copying details into another app.

Chat works with people inside your organization. For contacts outside your organization, use email, meeting, or phone actions instead.

Availability: included for all Contacts Pro plans.

Excel import and export 📊

Move contacts in and out of Contacts Pro in bulk. Download the Excel template, fill it with your contacts, and import them in one step, or export your address book to Excel for backup and reporting. You receive an email when a large import or export finishes.

How to use it: open the more options menu, then choose Import Contacts or Export Contacts. See how to import contacts and how to export contacts.

Automation and permissions ⚙️

Scale Contacts Pro across your organization with advanced controls.
