# Calendar Pro blank screen pop-up after sign in
When you sign in to Calendar Pro in Microsoft Teams, a blank pop-up window can appear instead of the calendar. This usually means the sign-in and consent window was blocked or did not finish loading. Follow the steps below to sign in and clear the blank screen.

# Fix the blank screen
- 1
Pop out the Calendar Pro tab into its own window, then sign in again.
- 2
If the blank screen persists, open Microsoft Teams in a web browser, sign in, and approve the consent prompt in the small pop-up window.
- 3
Return to the Microsoft Teams desktop app. Calendar Pro now loads and signs you in normally.
If the pop-up stays blank, make sure your browser or Microsoft Teams is not blocking pop-ups for the Calendar Pro sign-in window, then try again.
Consent may need a tenant admin. If the browser sign-in shows a permissions request you cannot approve, ask your Microsoft 365 tenant admin to grant consent for Calendar Pro.
# Still seeing a blank screen?
A stale Microsoft Teams cache can also cause the sign-in window to load blank. Clearing it forces Teams to reload the app cleanly.
- Follow the steps to clean the Microsoft Teams cache, then restart Teams and open Calendar Pro again.
- New to the app? See the Calendar Pro Get Started guide to add it to a channel and create your first event.
