Booking Room Pro comes in two plans. The Free (Basic) plan covers the essentials so any team can start booking rooms right away. The Premium plan unlocks advanced bookings, more rooms, and mobile access for the team members you license.

# What you get for free
With the Free plan, everyone in the channel can:
- Create unlimited bookings.
- Book up to 3 rooms.
- Create single bookings (one date and time per booking).
- Use standard calendar views and change the time zone.
# What Premium adds
Premium builds on everything in Free and unlocks:
- More than 3 rooms, so larger teams can manage every space they need.
- Recurring bookings, for bookings that repeat on a schedule.
- Tags and filtering, to organize and find bookings by topic.
- One-click copy of bookings to Outlook.
- Printing for your planning.
- Owners-only permissions, so only owners can edit bookings.
- Mobile access from the Booking Room Pro mobile app.
Recurring bookings can be scheduled for up to 1 year from the start date.
Mobile access requires a Premium subscription. Without a license, the mobile version prompts you to upgrade before you can book.
You do not need to license everyone. Assign Premium seats only to the team members who use the advanced features. See who needs a license.
