# Booking Room Pro Limits
Knowing what Booking Room Pro can and cannot do helps you plan your setup. These limits keep the app fast and reliable for every team.
# Platform
- Microsoft Teams only: Booking Room Pro runs inside Microsoft Teams so your team books rooms in one place. It is not offered as a standalone web or desktop app.
- Premium activation: you need the Microsoft Teams desktop app to activate Booking Room Pro Premium.
# Rooms
- On the Free plan you can add up to 3 rooms to a booking calendar.
- To add more than 3 rooms, upgrade to Premium, which allows an unlimited number of rooms.
# Bookings
- Bookings are unlimited on both the Free and Premium plans.
- Recurring bookings are a Premium feature, and a recurring series can be scheduled for up to 1 year.
Recurrence, tags, printing, the Add to Outlook action, the "Only owners can add/edit bookings" permission, and the mobile version all require Booking Room Pro Premium.
# Tags
- Tags are a Premium feature used to organize and filter bookings by topic.
- A tag name has a maximum character length. If you exceed it, Booking Room Pro asks you to shorten the tag name before saving.
# Outlook synchronization
- When you sync a booking calendar with your personal Outlook calendar, all Booking Room Pro bookings are copied to Outlook and the synchronization is automatic.
- Booking Room Pro needs your consent to access your personal calendar before the sync can start.
