# Find the unique identifier for your Map Pro
The unique identifier is the ID that Microsoft Teams assigns to each Map Pro tab. You use it to link Map Pro with other Teams Pro apps and to point support at the exact map when you open a ticket. You find it in the About dialog, which also shows the current Version and the Created by owner of the tab.
# Open the About dialog

Open your Map Pro tab in Microsoft Teams.

Click the Help icon (the question mark) in the top-right corner of the tab.

Select About from the menu.

Read the Unique identifier in the dialog. The Version and Created by details appear alongside it.

Click the copy icon next to the identifier to place it on your clipboard.
The identifier is a long string. Use the copy icon instead of retyping it, then follow how to copy the ID if you need the steps in detail.
