# Manager Insights Pro Pricing and Subscription

Manager Insights Pro is available at $5.99 per user per month. It is a single subscription that unlocks the full agent for each licensed user.

A valid Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required to use Manager Insights Pro. Local pricing may apply depending on your region.

All built-in prompts Full access to the six built-in conversation starters.
Freeform prompting Unlimited freeform questions, within the usage policy.
Microsoft 365 signals Analysis across Teams, Outlook, and calendar interactions.
Copilot-native Runs directly inside Microsoft 365 Copilot, with no separate app.
Data stays in tenant All data remains inside your Microsoft 365 environment.

# How to activate your subscription

Manager Insights Pro prompts you to activate the first time you use it without an active subscription. Follow these steps to unlock the agent.

    Open Manager Insights Pro in Microsoft 365 Copilot and send any prompt.

  2. 2

    If you do not have an active subscription, the agent shows an activation card titled Time to activate Manager Insights Pro!

  3. 3

    Click Unlock your agent and complete checkout on Microsoft Marketplace.

    A valid Microsoft 365 Copilot license is required before you can activate.

  4. 4

    Return to Copilot and ask your question. The agent runs the analysis and no longer shows the activation card.
