# Manager Insights Pro Get Started Guide

Welcome to Manager Insights Pro, the AI leadership agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot. It analyzes your emails, meetings, and Microsoft Teams interactions to show how you spend your time and attention across your direct reports, then turns those patterns into clear, actionable recommendations. You work with it through natural conversation, without leaving your workspace.

Manager Insights Pro requires an active Microsoft 365 Copilot license and an active Manager Insights Pro subscription. See the pricing and subscription page to activate.

# What is Manager Insights Pro?

Manager Insights Pro is a declarative agent that lives inside Microsoft 365 Copilot. Instead of manually tracking meetings or building reports, you ask questions in plain language and the agent analyzes your Microsoft 365 activity to surface leadership insights, detect team risks, and suggest weekly actions.

It works entirely on read-only signals scoped to your own account and your direct reports. It never sends messages, changes calendar events, or takes any action on your behalf.

# Add it in Microsoft Copilot

    Open Microsoft Copilot from Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or the web.

    Open the Agents panel and select Manager Insights Pro.

    The first time you use it, you may need to add the agent from the agent store before it appears in the list.

    Pick a built-in prompt or type your own question, then send it to start the analysis.

# Add it in Microsoft Teams

    Open Microsoft Teams and click Apps in the left sidebar.

    Search for Manager Insights Pro and select it.

    Click Add, then open the agent to chat with it through Copilot.

    If Manager Insights Pro does not appear, your administrator may need to enable it in the Teams admin center.

# What Manager Insights Pro does not do

  • It does not access other users' mailboxes or data.
  • It does not send, delete, or modify any emails or messages.
  • It does not take any action on your behalf.
  • It does not share your data outside your tenant.
All analysis stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. Manager Insights Pro uses only the data your own Microsoft 365 Copilot license already grants you access to.
