Manager Insight Pro ships as a Microsoft 365 Copilot declarative agent, so new capabilities become available inside Copilot without a separate install.

- Hidden Team Structure: reveal central individuals, implicit dependencies, bottlenecks, and silent zones behind the official org chart.
- Weekly Manager Brief: get a structured end-of-week brief with clear priorities and three concrete Monday decisions.
- Dashboard: view interaction trends, a color-coded attention heatmap, your communication mix, and a ranked view of engaged collaborators.
