KeePass Pro handles five item types, so a vault can hold every kind of secret your team shares:

Each type shows only the fields that make sense for it, and sensitive values such as card numbers stay masked until you reveal them.
# Generate strong passwords on demand 🔑
Create hard-to-guess credentials without leaving the item form. The built-in generator lets you set a length from 10 to 100 characters and mix six character sets: upper-case, lower-case, digits, special symbols, spaces, and extended Latin letters.
# Pin your favorite items 📌
Keep the credentials you use most at the top of any personal or shared vault. Pinning removes the need to search for the same item again and again.
# Track password history and activity logs 🕓
See how a credential has changed over time with password history, and review who did what in a vault with activity logs. Both help your team stay accountable and recover from mistakes.
# Control access with folder-level permissions 🔐
Organize items into folders and decide exactly who can see each one. Folder administration requires the Owner role so control stays with the people who manage the vault.
