Agent package 1.4.1 (previously 1.3.0).

Self-service free trial: an administrator from a tenant with no active subscription is now sent to a free trial page instead of an access-denied message, and can start a 7-day trial in one click. No credit card, no AppSource purchase, one trial per tenant.
Billing report upload: a new admin page accepts the Power Platform Entitlement consumption - per agent details CSV export. Only .csv files are accepted and each upload replaces the previous billing report.
Cost and FinOps answers: three new cost tools in Copilot Chat return per-agent cost and ranked cost lists with breakdowns by feature, channel, environment, and product; paged raw billing rows; and a tenant-wide rollup with top agents by cost. Values stay in the report's native credits.
Two-tab report view: the report page in the admin portal now shows a Usage report tab and a Billing report tab.
Conversation starters: ⚠️ Active duplicates was replaced with 💸 Cost vs adoption. Duplicate findings remain available through 🔍 Find overlapping agents and freeform questions.
Upload reminder email: the scheduled reminder now covers the Copilot usage report and the Power Platform billing report in a single message.
