How to cancel your subscription?

1) Sign in to the Teams-Pro Admin Center using the same email/account you used to purchase. 🔐

2) ⚠️ Important: You must use the exact purchasing account. Using a different email will cause an error.

3) Click your profile name (top-right) → select Billing. 💳

4) In the Billing window, find and click the subscription you want to cancel. 📜

5) Click Cancel subscription.

6) When prompted, enter a brief cancellation reason.

7) Click Confirm cancellation to finalize. ✅

Note: Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

After the cancellation takes effect: the app stays available to everyone in your tenant on the Free plan. Premium and Platinum features stop, and the Free plan limits described on each app’s Limits page apply again.

You can subscribe again at any time from the Teams-Pro Admin Center.
