How to cancel your subscription

Go to Admin Center and sign in with the exact same account you used when you bought your licenses.

🚨 Remember: you have to use the same email address you used to buy the licenses. If you don't, you'll get an error message.

After you've successfully logged in with the correct account:

Find your Profile name and click on it.

From the drop-down menu, click on "Billing". This will open a new window.

In the new window, find the subscription you want to stop, and click on it.

Then, click on "Cancel Subscription".

You'll be asked to provide a reason for stopping your subscription. You can just type in a brief explanation.

Lastly, confirm you want to cancel by clicking on "Confirm cancellation".
