# AI desk Pro Change Log

# Overview

This change log documents the updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements for AI desk Pro, a SaaS solution that integrates custom Agent capabilities into Microsoft Teams for enterprise users. The most recent changes are grouped by month; earlier changes stay grouped as bugs and user stories.

# September 2026

  • Dialog flow source references: a plain follow-up message sent after a dialog flow has finished no longer takes over the flow's source references. The end of a flow is now read from the dialog definition itself.
  • Adaptive Cards in Cockpit history: reopening a conversation from the Cockpit history now renders Adaptive Card answers as cards instead of raw JSON.
  • Long-lived Cockpit sessions: a Cockpit tab left open for a long time no longer stops working with a generic error message when its access token expires.
  • Oversized documents no longer stop indexing: a document too large to process is now skipped on its own and the rest of the batch keeps indexing. The skipped document still appears with the Ignored status described on the documents page.
  • Microsoft AppSource subscriptions: subscriptions created through Microsoft AppSource no longer fail at creation.
  • Expired Premium trial message: an expired Premium trial now shows its own message instead of a broken "Usage alert - 1%" pop-up.
  • Last 12 Months is a true rolling year: the Last 12 Months analytics preset now covers a full rolling year instead of 12 calendar months, which could be as few as 351 days. Comparison tooltips now show the year.
  • Push notification fixes: Company Communicator push notifications now record view and click tracking on the server, load their illustrations, size the modal to its content, mark author-only drafts with a Preview badge, and show message topics.
