# Parking Pro Limits
Knowing what Parking Pro can and cannot do helps you plan your setup. These limits keep the app fast and reliable for every team that books and shares parking places in Microsoft Teams.
# Platform
- Microsoft Teams only: Parking Pro runs inside Microsoft Teams so your team collaborates in one place. It is not offered as a standalone web or desktop app.
- Mobile access: using Parking Pro on the mobile version of Microsoft Teams requires a Premium subscription.
# Parking places
- On the Free (Basic) plan you can add up to 3 places to a parking board.
- To add more than 3 places, upgrade to Premium.
Recurring bookings, custom tags, owners only permissions, and copying a booking to Outlook are Premium features.
# Recurring bookings
- Recurrence is a Premium feature.
- A recurring booking can be scheduled up to 1 year ahead. You cannot create a series that extends beyond one year.
- The duration of a single booking cannot exceed the length of its recurrence.
# Synchronization
- Outlook sync scope: when you sync with your personal Outlook calendar, only the bookings of the current month and future bookings are synchronized. Past bookings are not copied.
- Sync timing: how quickly a new or updated booking appears in a connected calendar depends on that provider's own refresh cycle, which Parking Pro does not control. A large board can take a while to synchronize on first setup.
